"Deep in the heart of every daily follower of Jesus there is a cry for revival. Ideally, this would happen upon hearing the Word of truth and saying “yes" to the Holy Spirit but unfortunately, it often takes something painful to get our undivided attention.

Our acceptance of the pampered form of American Christianity hinders us greatly from hearing the whisper of the Almighty, much less caring about authentic faith.

But even in the misty fog of luxury, comfort, and the ever-flowing stream of entertainment, there is a voice crying “prepare the way of the Lord”.

The pages of history reverberate with these voices, they are the voices of prophets calling Gods people to fully repent and turn toward their Creator.

There is Much Rubbish is that voice today. It offers hope and wisdom for the journey back to our personal Jerusalem, the place of true worship to the Almighty. Those that “hear and do” will be eternally blessed.

My spirit wept as I processed the parallel between our lives and the rebuilding of the ancient Jewish Temple. The raw precious truth of this book is not something Steve picked up on a weekend getaway. It contains wisdom learned from a lifetime of experiences and seeking the Father.
It is a call to alignment with God through repentance. It is a call to personal revival."

No matter where you are in your Christian journey, your desire is to be under the complete Lordship of Jesus Christ and find true freedom in Him.

However, we all know Satan does everything he can to trip us and destroy us.  Satan wants you to be in bondage, not free in Christ!

In the book There Is Much Rubbish, Steve follows the story of Nehemiah’s return from Babylon to Jerusalem and the rebuilding of Jerusalem and its walls.

Following Nehemiah’s journey, Steve leads us through eight steps in going from the enemy’s captivity to experiencing God’s complete dominion.

"I’ll admit, I’ve never paid much attention to most of the Old Testament. Psalms, Proverbs, Genesis, the part where Israel takes the promise land. After that, I just never paid much homage to it. The New Testament is where it is at, I figured.

When Steve Stutzman put this book out, I thought “Cool. I’ll read it because it’s a friend and I know it won’t be bad or really boring, cause Steve ain’t that kinda guy”. But I was kinda apprehensive. Nehemiah? Ehhhh, ok....

Then I read it. And wept. And wept. Often not making it past a chapter at a time. Sometimes not picking it up for a couple of days because of it. Once restarting from halfway through. Wow.

While drawing you into the true story of the book of Nehemiah, using the fictional story of Johanan, Steve pauses along the way to examine the spiritual reality and Kingdom principles revealed in the physical history.

Leaving the trappings of Babylon behind, cleaning out the RUBBISH, rebuilding the temple of God, repentance, dominion, and walking in Kingdom authority are all covered in a way that brings clarity and truth through examining Scripture.

It has certainly impacted my life for the better. If you haven’t picked up a copy of There Is Much Rubbish, I’d highly recommend it!"
