This book is a missionary story, detailing the life of an Iowa farm girl from her youth, to a life-time mission effort in Belize. We are carrying the book here, because of it's connection to the founder of Strait Paths. The author of the book is Nancy Stutzman, married to Stephen Stutzman's oldest brother, David. The story contains many experiences the family encountered along the way, including a tragic accident in 1973 in Mexico that claimed the life of his mother, one brother, and one sister. Much of the upbringing, the family life, and the heart for missions is laid out in the story line. It is a heartwarming story that is good for reading aloud to children, or for curling up with on a snowy day.
